    Project Outline

    The FX Summit is a conference and expo that brings together some of the top investors, traders, and crypto experts from both retail and institutional sides. I had the honor of working with the man behind all of the planning in the first two years of the conference. This is one of the largest graphic design projects I’ve taken on – it included making all graphics for stages, signage, ticket booths, guest posters, social graphics and a variety of conference booths for vendors.

    Conference Graphics

    In total I created graphics for around 40 posters, 15 booths, 2 stages, and a variety of other signage across the entire conference. These graphics were all large scale and required a bit of thought when it came to scaling. In the end, all graphics came out clear and as expected.

    For the FXSummit 2023, the head of the organization was reaching out to companies with proposals to buy an advertising booth space for the conference. For a couple of the larger clients they wanted to add a render of the companies potential booth to spice up their presentation.

    I created a scene within Adobe Dimensions and began adding graphics and colors to fit the companies branding. The renders were then used in the proposals given to the companies.

    Project Outcome

    The first year of the event was a huge success and having been there personally, I can say it was very enjoyable to be a part of. The main person in charge of the event (owner of Chart Addicts) did an amazing job getting a variety of influencers and institutional guest within the trading industry. There were many compliments on how great the event looked and how much knowledge was being passed along at the event.

    The success of this first event has allowed the FXSummit to continue once a year since then. I was able to create the conference signage and booth graphics again for the 2023 FXSummit which continued the successful track record of the event.

    This event allowed the owner of Chart Addicts to make invaluable connections with people and organizations within the trading industry who now work with him on other projects like podcast for the Chart Addicts organization. The success of the event has led to more exposure and respect with his industry and has given him opportunities to talk to people he may not have interacted with otherwise.
